Seven 2 minute rounds of real mixed sparring in a boxing gym between two experienced pro boxers with numerous fights under their belts! Solid shots are thrown and both fighters getting tagged during this sparring bout, but it’s a cannon shot to the solar plexus that sends one fighter to their knees, ending the session.*
