I’m Having Download Problems
- If you’re having problems with your purchased downloads, please e-mail us with the transaction ID and we will send you a special link or grant your code another download, depending on the issue. Make sure you aren’t using a download manager that’s trying to make multiple connections. If you didn’t receive the e-mail with the code within an hour or two, please check your spam folder, then contact us with the name/e-mail you used to buy and we’ll send you another.
I Didn’t Get the Order Confirmation/Download Link E-mail
- This can happen for one of three reasons.
1.) it’s in your spam folder,
2.) the email was blocked at your ISP level and couldn’t be delivered at all (this is COMMON with ISP based e-mails, please have an alternative!),
3.) there was a delay at the processor that caused our automated emailer to fail to send. In any event, please contact us and we can send you the link manually, although in case #2 you may have to give us an alternate e-mail as overly aggressive ISP e-mail filtering tends to block ANY attempt we make to send links.
I’m From Outside the US, Can I Still Order a DVD?
- Yes! Just contact us to work out the shipping charges. However, we currently only burn in NTSC format. Our DVDs are region free.

- Clips4Sale/Videos4Sale links are provided as a convenience to our customers while we move our catalog over to the site. Any problems with an order through C4S/V4S must be taken up with them.
